How SCENTFLIX Rewards Works

  1. Create an account on SCENTFLIX.

  2. Shop your favourite decants and earn points on every eligible order.

  3. Your total spend in the last 12 months decides your tier: Lover, Muse, or Icon.

  4. Redeem your points for instant discounts at checkout.

Your tier is checked on a rolling 12 month basis, not by calendar year.

SCENTFLIX Lover

Spend in last 12 months: RM0 to RM249

Benefits:

  • Free membership, auto join when you create an account
  • Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on decants

  • Points valid for 12 months

SCENTFLIX Muse

Spend in last 12 months: RM250 to RM599

Benefits:

  • All SCENTFLIX Lover benefits
  • Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on decants
  • Better value on your points: 50 points to get RM1 off
  • Points valid for 12 months

Ideal for regular SCENTFLIX shoppers who love rotating decants and trying new launches.

SCENTFLIX Icon

Spend in last 12 months: RM600 and above

Benefits:

  • All SCENTFLIX Muse benefits
  • Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on decants
  • Best value on your points: only 30 points to get RM1 off
  • Points valid for 12 months

Earning Points

  • You earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on decants only.

  • Points are not awarded on:

    • Full size perfume bottles

    • Shipping fees

    • Discounts or store credit

Points are added to your account after your order is completed.

Example:
Spend RM102 on decants (excluding shipping and discounts)
→ You earn 102 points.

Redeeming Points

You can use your points to get instant discounts on your next decant orders.

Redemption rate by tier:

  • SCENTFLIX Lover: 80 points = RM1

  • SCENTFLIX Muse: 50 points = RM1

  • SCENTFLIX Icon: 30 points = RM1

Redemption rules:

  • Minimum order subtotal RM50 (excluding shipping) to use points.
  • You can redeem points for up to 30 percent of your order subtotal.

Example:
Order subtotal RM100 (excluding shipping)

  • Maximum discount from points is RM30.

Point Validity and Expiry

  • Points are valid for 12 months from the date you earn them.

  • After 12 months, any unused points will expire automatically.

Example:
Points earned on 10 January 2025 will expire on 9 January 2026 if not used.

Keeping and Upgrading Your Tier

  • Your tier is based on your total spend in the last 12 months on SCENTFLIX decants.

  • As soon as your spending in the last 12 months reaches the next tier level, your tier will be upgraded.

  • As long as you maintain the required spend in the last 12 months, you keep that tier.

  • If your spend drops below the tier threshold over time, your tier may move down on the next review.

A: Create an account on SCENTFLIX and you will be automatically enrolled. There is no fee to join.

Q: How are the tiers calculated?
A: Your tier is based on your total spending on decants in the last 12 months.

  • SCENTFLIX Lover: RM0 to RM249

  • SCENTFLIX Muse: RM250 to RM599

Q: How long is my membership valid?

Q: How do I earn points?
A: You earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on decants only, excluding full size perfume bottles, shipping, discounts and store credit. Points are added after your order is completed.

Q: Do I earn points on full size perfume bottles?
A: No. SCENTFLIX Rewards applies only to decants. Full size perfume bottles do not earn points.

Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: At checkout, log in to your account and select how many points you want to use.

  • Lover: 80 points = RM1

  • Muse: 50 points = RM1

  • Icon: 30 points = RM1

You need at least 200 points, and your order subtotal must be at least RM50 (excluding shipping). You can only use points for up to 30 percent of your order subtotal.

Q: When do my points expire?
A: Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Any unused points will expire automatically after 12 months.

Q: When will my tier upgrade?
A: Once your total spend in the last 12 months reaches the next tier level, your tier will be upgraded and you will enjoy the new benefits on future orders.
